Article Submission Guidelines for AI Horizon Journal

We welcome insightful, original contributions that reflect the evolving industry of artificial intelligence, with a focus on ethics and integrity. To maintain the quality and relevance of AI Horizon, please review the following requirements before submitting your article.

AI Horizon features a variety of contribution types and formats, such as:
Interviews
In-depth Q&As with industry pioneers, policymakers and academic experts.
Opinion Pieces
Thought-provoking essays and viewpoints from leaders and practitioners.
Research Commentaries
Accessible analyses of important research findings and their implications for practice and policy.
Regulatory Briefings
Clear summaries of new laws, standards or guidelines shaping AI governance.
Best Practice Guides
Hands-on recommendations, case studies and frameworks for ethical AI implementation.
Member’s Voices
Perspectives and success stories from AIEI members and the broader AI ethics community.
✍️ Content Requirements
1. Length
- 0,5-page article: 1000-1100 characters (with spaces).
- 1-page article: 3000-3500 characters (with spaces).
- 2-page article (spread): 6000-6500 characters (with spaces).
2. Originality and Authorship
Submissions must be original and not published elsewhere. Use of AI tools for editing or inspiration is acceptable, but the final draft must reflect human authorship and insight.
3. Tone and Style
Articles should follow a professional journalistic tone suitable for an international journal audience. We encourage engaging, thoughtful writing – informative yet accessible, with a clear structure.
4. Executive Quote
If applicable, include a brief quote from a company CEO, Founder, or relevant executive to reinforce the message.
5. Citations & References
Any data, quotations, or third-party material must be properly attributed. Use footnotes or in-text citations where applicable. If your article references a specific framework, report, or legislation, include a link or citation.
6. External Links (Optional)
You may include up to 2 external links, such as to your organization’s website, related reports, or resources. Optional but highly recommended.
7. Author Details (Optional)
Include a brief author bio, which may appear alongside the article: Full Name, Professional Title / Role.
🖼️ Visual Assets & Branding
All visuals must be high-quality (minimum 150 dpi) and you must have the legal right to use them. AI Horizon is not responsible for copyright violations. Please only submit images with appropriate usage rights.
1. Executive Portrait
Image of CEO, Founder or senior representative (Ideally several photos).
2. Corporate Logo
In PNG or SVG format (Ideally in two color schemes: light/dark).
3. Branding Elements (Optional)
Background patterns, icons, or brand colors that complement your visual identity may be included. This is optional but highly recommended.
4. Author Photo (Optional)
A professional headshot of an author to accompany the article.

We welcome all submissions that meet our general requirements. The editorial board reviews each contribution to assess its quality, relevance, and alignment with upcoming issues. Publication is not guaranteed. Articles may be scheduled for a later issue or placed in a general section if more suitable.
